WHO WE ARE
Duke Conversations organizes free, catered dinners between faculty and 5-12 students, at professors' homes. We are a student-led group, assisted by funding from the Office of Undergraduate Education and the willingness of Duke faculty to open up their homes.
Our mission is to foster dialogue between students and faculty, as well as build community among students who wouldn't otherwise get to know each other. Because we see value in interdisciplinary conversations, we encourage students of all majors and years to apply for a dinner that interests them.
